Eligibility for MOAA Membership includes: active duty, former, retired, Reserve and National Guard commissioned and warrant officers and cadets and midshipmen of the uniformed services — Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration — and their surviving spouses.*

Three Membership Levels to Meet the Needs of All Officers
BASIC
MOAA's new no-fee electronic BASIC Membership gives busy officers the opportunity to experience what MOAA is all about. You'll stay current with our e-newsletters and have opportunities to participate in grassroots activism effort. Anyone can join as a Basic member, but members over age 35 are limited to three years. Basic members either lapse to a Prospect or Upgrade to a Premium or Life membership.
PREMIUM
